Richard England is the new non-executive chair of Automotive Holdings Group. Mr England has over 25 years of experience in non-executive director and chair roles with listed and unlisted companies across retail, financial services, insurance, healthcare, innovation and infrastructure sectors.
Gascoyne Resources has promoted current executive general manager Richard Hay to chief executive. Mr Hay is an experienced mining executive with close to 30 years of operational experience. He joined the company in January this year.
Stephen Dennis has been appointed non-executive director of Kalium Lakes. Mr Dennis has over 30 years of experience as a company director within the Australian and international resources sector. He replaces Brendan O'Hara who has stepped down from the board.
