Ardiden has appointed experienced mining executive Gregory Romain as chief executive and managing director, commencing on 24 April. Mr Romain has over 30 years of experience and will be based in Toronto, Ontario, which provides him efficient and timely access to oversee the company’s 100%-owned Pickle Lake Gold Project.

Juno Minerals has appointed Hyun Chul Chun as non-executive director, taking over from Hyung Nam Lee who has returned to South Korea. Mr Chun is the director of raw materials investment at POSCO Australia, one of Juno’s major shareholders.

Lynas Rare Earths has appointed John Beevers as non-executive director from May. Mr Beevers has over 30 years of experience in the resources, mining services and chemical industries; and as a board director and in operational & leadership roles.

Yari Minerals has made some changes to its management structure with the appointment of CFO, company secretary and executive director Anthony Italiano as managing director, and Bradley Marwood transitioning from an executive chair to non-executive chair from May. The changes come as the company completed its divestment of the Plomosas Mine in Mexico and will now focus on the exploration for lithium at its Pilbara Projects.
