TNG founding managing director Neil Biddle and former PwC Perth global partner Tony Leibowitz have been appointed as non-executive directors at Sydney-based Pilbara Minerals, following the resignation of Victor Rudenno.
Mr Biddle has resigned from the board of TNG, and his vacancy there has been filled by former FAR executive chairman Michael Evans as non-executive director.
