Peter Canterbury has resigned as the chief executive officer and executive director of Bauxite Resources. The board has appointed Sam Middlemas as the new chief executive officer. Mr Middlemas has been with the company for over 3 years in the role as company secretary and was acting chief executive officer prior to the appointment of Peter Canterbury. Mr Middlemas is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of commercial experience in the mining and resources sector. He is currently non-executive director of Elemental Minerals and formerly a formally a non-executive director of Rubicon Resources. Mr Middlemas has previously worked for a number of ASX, TSX and AIM listed Companies.
