Windward Resources has appointed Bronwyn Barnes as chair, to replace George Cameron-Dow, who will remain as a non-executive director.
Ms Barnes joined the board of the WA minerals explorer in February this year.
She is currently the general manager – corporate for Alliance Mining Commodities and serves as an independent director for the Martu Peoples Ltd.
