Our weekly appointments wrap includes Katt Osborne, Julian Hobba, Amar Nathwani, Paul Shillington and David Beros. 

Katt Osborne has been appointed acting executive director of The Blue Room Theatre, replacing Julian Hobba, who resigned from the position after three years in the role. Ms Osborne is a board member at The Blue Room Theatre and has been associated with the organisation as an artist and a staff member for more than a decade.

Walker Wayland WA audit has made Amar Nathwani a director. Qualifying with PwC in the UK, Mr Nathwani has since helped set up the audit division of KPMG Perth’s private enterprise where he was a director, and led the audit practice of Nexia Perth for 10 years. He has presented to accounting bodies including the CPA, and finance staff at organisations like Wesfarmers.

Paul Shillington is joining law firm Hogan Lovells as a partner in the firm's finance practice. Mr Shillington has held private practice and executive roles in Switzerland, Paris and Perth, most recently with MinterEllison. He has more than 20 years' experience in the energy and resources sectors on the transactional and regulatory aspects of deals. 

Technology and investment company DigitalX has appointed David Beros as chief product officer. Mr Beros has been with the company for more than two years. He previously worked as a freelance consultant and an analyst for Horizon Power.
