Wayne Zekulich has joined construction company JAXON as a board director and has also taken on an executive role as company secretary.
Mr Zekulich is currently chief financial officer at Gindalbie Metals and a director at Swan Gold Mining.
He has previously held senior roles at Oakajee Port & Rail, Commonwealth Bank and NM Rothschild & Sons.
