Mining company Globe Metals & Mining has appointed Alice Wong as non-executive chairperson.
Ms Wong is the principal of Globe’s major shareholder, Apollo Metals Investment Company.
She was initially appointed to the board as part of the investment transaction between Apollo and Globe in 2013.
