Wolford moves into King Street

INTERNATIONAL fashion house Wolford is coming to Perth following the success of its three eastern States stores.

The store will take its place among Perth’s more exclusive shops on King Street.

Pasala International Pty Ltd is the exclusive distributors for Wolford in Australia.

Wolford is regarded as a world leader in the manufacture of hosiery and associated garments such as bodywear.

Pasala International director Madeline Yeoh said the company had been considering a Perth site for eighteen months.

The first Sydney boutique was established in 1996 and grown

progressively since.

“We have posted record earnings for the financial year ended April 2000, including a 67 per cent increase in Japan.

CB Richard Ellis (WA) was retained by Wolford to locate a suitable Perth location.

CB Richard Ellis associate director Fred Clohessy believes the move will be a tremendous boost for the Perth CBD retail market.
