PETER Beaton is the new CEO of not-for-profit organisation Westcare.
Mr Beaton replaces Richard Elsey who has been with the charity for more than four years.
Mr Elsey is retiring to spend more time with his family.
Mr Beaton brings 30 years business experience to the role, including three years as general manager of Activ Industries.
