Stef Weber has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Subiaco-based Minbos Resources, following the resignation of Paige Exley as company secretary.
Mr Weber was with diversified resources company Exxaro Resources for 16 years, where he held senior financial positions in both Australia and South Africa.
He was most recently CFO and company secretary of Aviva Corporation.
In September, Minbos appointed another former Aviva senior executive, Lindsay Reed, as its new chief executive officer.
