Neil Warburton has joined Sirius Resources as a non-executive director, replacing Steve Lowe as the board nominee of substantial shareholder and joint venture partner Mark Creasy.
Mr Warburton was formerly chief executive of Barminco until March last year, and is currently a non-executive director of Red Mountain Mining, Australian Mines and Peninsular Energy.
