Chris Rowlands has been appointed as client director, Resources West, at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Perth office. Mr Rowlands has more than 26 years of experience in engineering, operations, asset management and project, program and portfolio management. He will be responsible for further developing the company’s resources client base in WA, expanding current engagements and ensuring effective project delivery.
