PERTH-based WRF Securities Limited is set to further increase its flow of new investment projects with the launch of a new property division alongside its existing agribusiness investment and gold mining divisions.
The new division, headed by the former managing director of York Capital Group Limited, Owen Lennie, will undertake property syndications and target high-yielding projects.
WRF Securities managing director Rob Nichevich said the property division would form a key part of WRF Securities’ plans to generate a stream of new projects to add to its Tasmanian Blue Gum Plantation on Kangaroo Island in South Australia and Paulownia Plantation at Dandaragan.
