Viner resigns as non-executive director

Magmatic Resources announced on Tuesday that Andrew "Andy" Viner has resigned as a non-executive director of the company.
Company chair David Richardson told the market on Tuesday that Mr Viner, a distinguished geologist with more than 36 years of mining experience, will depart to pursue other interests.
Mr Viner had held the position since December 17, 2021.
“Andy leaves the board of Magmatic on excellent terms and we thank him for his contribution to the company during his time as a non-executive director," Mr Richardson said.
"We wish him every success in his future endeavours."
Mr Viner has 543,000 total shares in Magmatic Resources - 10,000 direct and 533,000 indirect - with a value of $A21,720.
Magmatic closed trade at 4.2 cents per share on Tuesday, rising 5 per cent.
