Gold and iron ore explorer Vector Resources has raised $4 million through a share placement priced at 8 cents per share, to continue its exploration programs in Western Australia.
The capital raising will be completed in two tranches, lead managed by Indian Ocean Capital.
Vector said funds would be applied to further its mineral exploration projects in Leonora and Southern Cross, as well as its Earaheedy joint venture with Cazaly Resources.
At 12:23PM (WST) Vector’s stock had gained 2.3 per cent, to trade at 8.9 cents.
