Ian Clayfield has resigned as chief financial officer at Integrated Tree Cropping Limited; Brad Jones has been appointed acting chief financial officer. The company has also appointed James Smith as chief executive officer and director, and Richard Smith, Ken Last and Philip Toyne as directors. Les Wozniczka has resigned as acting chief executive officer, but will remain with the company as a director.
