Tox Free Solutions is poised to win work within the Gorgon gas project under Toll Group, which earlier this week secured a $180 million contract.
On Monday, Toll announced it had landed the deal to manage the Barrow Island supply base and logistics services contract for the $50 billion project.
Tox said today it has a memorandum of understanding in place with Toll and it is "envisaged that Tox Free will enter into a contract with Toll to provide the waste services" for the contract.
Shares in Tox climbed 14.5 cents, or 8 per cent, to $1.95 at 14:50 AEST.
