Three leave JDA to form Trilogy

FORMER JDA Advertising managers Joanne Bulline and Nita Davey have joined forces with JDA Advertising design consultant Peter Grainger to form a new advertising agency – Trilogy Advertising.

Established the day after JDA closed its doors, Trilogy Advertising has retained former JDA clients in what Ms Bulline described as a “reasonably seamless” transition.

Ms Bulline said she and her fellow directors had thrown away traditional agency structures and were excited about setting up their own business.

“We have a partnership orientation with our clients. I know everyone says that but we don’t want to go into too many levels of service,” she said.

“We operate as a team rather than as an account director looking after one bit of business. We have a primary contact but every one or two days we have a chat about what is going on with our clients, so that if that person is not in one day we know what is going on.”

Trilogy’s client list includes long-standing JDA clients Police and Nurses Credit Society and Hostlink, which operates the Sip n Save and Easy Liquor brands.
