SUAN Australia Ltd is preparing to broaden its operations across Australia and in the South Pacific region by taking a 60 per cent stake in DSG (Australia) Pty Ltd.
DSG Australia operates in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. It is the regional distributor and global networking solution model provider to the corporate market for DSG Inc, a United States-based Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) equipment manufacturer.
Suan says its acquisition will allow it to provide an established platform for integrating voice communications in TCP/IP networks across Australia.
Suan’s consideration for the acquisition is 10 million fully paid ordinary Suan shares issued at six cents per share.
