Malcolm Shelton-Agar has been made chief executive officer of Jackson McDonald, following the retirement of the WA law firm's inaugural CEO John McLean.
Mr Shelton-Agar was most recently chief operating officer at Allen & Gledhill in Singapore, and prior to that was managing partner, then managing director, at DLA Phillips Fox for over a decade.
