The Salitage winery in Pemberton has been put on the market for $7.9 million nearly two years after owners John and Jenny Horgan failed to sell off luxury accommodation at the estate.
The property has been listed through real estate agent Garland International.
The sale price of $7.9 million includes the winery, vineyard, three-bedroom owners’ residence and the Salitage Luxury Suites.
The Horgans had attempted to sell the four luxury villas, which are on a separate 2.2-hectare title, in 2012 for just under $1.8 million.
The Horgans established the winery in 1988. John is the brother of Denis Horgan, who established Leeuwin Estate, which is featured in the coming edition of Business News.
