Subsidiary Equatorial Mining North America, Inc has completed the sale of all the shares in Equatorial Mineral Park, Inc to Mercator Minerals Ltd of Canada. Under the terms of the sale, EQM will receive 4.6 million shares in MML and will also receive an assignable "net proceeds interest", under which the holder of the interest will be entitled to 5% of future net operating proceeds of the Mineral Park mine, until such time as EMP has paid a total of US$2.7 million to the holder or holders of the interest.

The sale resulted in a loss of A$216,926 at OGL Group and Company levels.
