THE Supreme Court of South Australia has ordered a stay of an order made in June 2003 that certain shares in Flinders Diamonds Limited, which vested in the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, be disposed of within six months or such further time as the court allows.
The order prevents the disposal of shares until 28 days after the date upon which the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia delivers its judgement in relation to an appeal against its decision of June 12 2003.
That appeal has been heard but the decision is yet to be delivered.
