SRG Global has locked in $50 million worth of contracts for a suite of infrastructure work across Western Australia's resources industry.

The Subiaco-based mining, construction and asset services company won the contracts from clients including BHP Iron Ore, BHP Nickel West and Northern Star Resources.

SRG will supply non-destructive testing, condition monitoring and inspection services for BHP Iron Ore across its WA iron ore sites, rail, road and port infrastructure as a part of a contract extension.

The scope of work will also include specialist earthworks, mechanical, electrical and high-density polyethylene lining associated with the construction of a tailings storage facility for BHP Nickel West.

SRG will construct a tailings storage facility at Northern Star Resources’ Gidji mine site in the Goldfields.

The contracts also include earthwork and civil construction of a laydown area to facilitate the delivery of Trains 3 and 4 for Albemarle Lithium at its Kemerton lithium processing plant.

SRG will undertake aviation infrastructure upgrades to the Tropicana aerodrome in the Goldfields for AngloGold Ashanti Australia.

“These awards demonstrate SRG Global’s capability and experience in delivering complex site infrastructure projects within the resource sector,” managing director David Macgeorge said.

“These contract wins are testament to our long-standing relationships with tier-one repeat clients and continues our strong track record of opportunity pipeline conversion.”

In February, SRG was awarded a $120 million façades and structures contract from Multiplex for work on the Edith Cowan University city campus project.

Earlier last month, the company secured $40 million worth of engineering contracts in the marine, rail and bridge sectors.

The $50 million win announced today boosts SRG’s contracts order book to $960 million, since the start of financial year 2023.

On the ASX, SRG Global shares were down 2.10 per cent to trade at 70 cents at 2:38PM AEDT.
