SAS Global Private Clients has appointed Brett Rowe as an associate. Mr Rowe was most recently an executive paraplanner with Westpac Private Bank. The company has also appointed Sharlene Partington as practice manager. Ms Partington also came from Westpac, where she was an operations manager.
