PERTH-BASED Red Fork Energy Ltd has appointed director Michael Fry as its chairman, and executive director David Prentice as managing director, following the resignation of founder Tony Brennan. Mr Fry also serves as a non-executive director of Precious Metals Australia Ltd, Liberty Gold NL and Livingstone Petroleum Ltd.
