RAC Arena expands its Suite experiences
RAC Arena is celebrating its 10th anniversary next month and is giving it’s Perth clientele two new dining and entertaining opportunities on its exclusive suite level.
The suites offer some of the best views in the house to take in its huge array of world class events. To make the experience even more exceptional, RAC Arena is launching Concert Club and Vantage.
In each, guests will enjoy stunning menus with a focus on fresh and local product, designed in collaboration with QT executive chef Stephen Clarke, and RAC Arena’s executive chef Paul Beard.
Vantage and Concert Club are designed to allow buy-in for smaller numbers, as opposed to the traditional, separate 12 or 18 seat annual suites. With membership sold in pairs, Concert Club will host just under 100 members, allowing attendees to network with the city’s movers and shakers in a stylish cocktail setting. Sold in tables of six, Vantage guests can enjoy intimate dining with a delicious sit-down meal. Hired on 24-month agreements, with all food and beverage included, tickets to both experiences can be used to host business partners, wow prospective clients and thank hard working staff, all with the backdrop of world’s finest live entertainment.
Mr Clarke says it’s a great honour to be working with chef Beard at the iconic venue.
“The talent, drive and work ethic in Paul’s kitchen is second to none and I can't wait for people to experience our brand-new menus on suite level,” he says.
“To be composing menus that are tailor made for each event, whilst showcasing West Australian produce, is a chef’s dream.”
The chefs are joined by award winning sommelier Emma Farrelly of the Como the Treasury fame, renowned for her spectacular curated wine lists.
Ms Farrelly says when she’s not working, she’s a huge live music fan and to combine her love for wine and live entertainment is a ‘dream gig’.
“To curate this list and imagine the experiences people will be having whilst enjoying these wines is such a cool, unique brief and I thank the Arena’s General Manager Michael Scott for giving me the opportunity,” she says.
Mr Scott, who handpicked the newest elite additions, says he’s excited to have them join the Arena’s team of top hospitality specialists.
“We are so proud of our award-winning catering crew led by Kyllie Graham, and the food and beverage offering they can deliver to crowds of 15,000 plus,” Mr Scott says.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with these new outstanding talents to elevate this offering even further.”
