ASIC recently placed an interim stop order on Metals Quest’s prospectus, following the recent forfeiture of major company tenements.
ASIC said it understood Metals Quest was attempting to overturn the forfeiture and recover the tenements. Metal Quest’s sponsoring broker is Sydney-based Hudson Securities Pty Ltd.
