Liberal leader Troy Buswell has appointed the new member for Murdoch, Christian Porter, as shadow attorney general.
"Christian Porter's extensive experience as Senior Prosecutor for the DPP and law lecturer at UWA, combined with his strong work ethic, will not only make him an excellent local member, but an excellent Shadow Attorney General," Mr Buswell said in welcoming Mr Porter to Parliament today.
Mr Porter will deliver his inaugural speech to Parliament tomorrow around noon.
