Port Bouvard stage 12 release

STAGE 12, the last major release within the Northport Precinct Port Bouvard Residential Resort Estate, has been released to the public six months ahead of schedule. The release has been brought forward due to continued strong buyer interest within the estate. The latest release is of 77 home sites, ranging in size from 457sq m to 771sq m. In addition to this, the release will also include two public open spaces. Home site prices within this stage range from $115,000 to $175,000 with an average price of $143,830. Port Bouvard Limited managing director Ross Neumann said the lots were some of the most affordable home sites within the estate and should prove popular with families, spec home builders and investors. Stage 5 of the Port Bouvard Residential Resort Estate will be released in the Southport precinct in coming months. Southport Stage 5 is considered the premium stage in Port Bouvard, with 39 deep-water canal home sites and 13 Dawesville Channel home sites.
