A heritage-listed property in Perth CBD has sold to a Mount Lawley couple for $1.6 million.

Peter Alan Rossdeutscher sold 143 Barrack Street to Emily McLean and Alan Sheardown, of Ludge Property Pty Ltd.

Ray White Commercial WA’s Michael Milne and Stephen Harrison brokered the deal for the property, which attracted strong interest.

“We achieved over 8,000 hits on the website, well over 100 formal enquiries,” Mr Milne said.

The buyers plan to redevelop the asset in the future, with the building currently occupied by a hairdresser and startup group Atomic Sky.

The building that housed Subiaco's HSBC branch, which closed its doors in mid-2023 has also sold, for $3 million.

According to RP data, Caroline Sherwood Knox and Richard Arthur Forbes sold the 132 Rokeby Road property to an undisclosed buyer.

Mr Milne and Ray White Commercial director capital markets WA Brett Wilkins brokered the transaction.
