Unlisted public company PearlStreet Ltd has made several changes to its current board. Former Australian Pipelines Ltd managing director and CEO, Jim McDonald, and Freehills partner John Atkins have joined the board. Existing director David Eiszele has become non-executive chairman, current executive chairman and company founder Anthony Wooles will become managing director and CEO and executive director Phillip Campbell will become a non-executive director.
