DWYKA Diamonds Limited and Sylvania Resources Limited have appointed Willi Boehm as company secretary and Grant Button as commercial manager.
Dwyka and Sylvania chairman Jack Griffin said Mr Boehm’s diverse experience with various stock exchanges would greatly assist the company in its strategic plans and projects.
Mr Button is a certified practising accountant with more than 10 years’ experience in the mining industry. He was instrumental in coordinating the floats of Dwyka and Slyvania.
“Mr Button’s role will be to manage international liaison and the extensive contract arrangements required for both companies to develop their offshore projects,” Mr Griffin said.
