Perth-based oil company Odyssey Energy Ltd has announced that founder and managing director Mark O'Clery will immediately resign.
Mr O'Clery will remain as a consultant to Odyssey, which floated on the local stock market in late 2005.
Meanwhile David Cruse has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, effective immediately.
