JOONDALUP City will get its first true inner city apartments with the $3.7 million Shenton Row development, the first stage of which is due to be completed in March.
Currently under construction on Shenton Avenue opposite Joonda-lup Health Campus, the complex of four low-rise buildings is the brainchild of Senforth Propri-etory Limited.
There are two three-level buildings each with six apartments, balanced by two two-level buildings each with four apartments.
Ten apartments in the first stage are priced between $185,000 and $192,000.
Estimated rents start at $180 a week.
According to Amy Conti from selling agent Time Conti Sheffield, Joondalup is a hot bed of investment with development valued at over $82 million currently in the design, approval and construction phases.
