Northern Mining has appointed three non-executive directors – Tony Ong Tiong Seng, Danette Cheung and Andrew Nai.
Executive chairman and managing director Alan Lockett has resigned from the exploration company, as has executive director Raelene Townsend-Hick.
Mr Ong, who is the chairman of Cogent Financial Group, has been appointed non-executive chairman.
