It is with pleasure that Nomad Building Solutions announces the award of an initial contract valued at approximately $15m up to approximately $60m with Woodside for a 1,500 person accommodation village in Karratha to support Woodside's Pluto LNG Development.

The contract requires the initial manufacture, delivery, installation and operations management of a 100 person pioneer village facility and the manufacture and delivery of an additional 1,400 rooms and amenity buildings. Manufacture will commence immediately with the project due for completion in mid 2008.

The Board is very pleased to be the successful tenderer for this contract as it will ensure continued utilisation of one of the company's six manufacturing facilities until mid 2008 whilst also representing at completion the largest single contract to be awarded to the company. It caps off a successful 3 month tendering period in which the Company has been awarded a number of other contracts valued at between $2m and $7m and totalling around $35m.
