Curtin University of Technology deputy vice-chancellor (strategy and planning), Professor Greg Craven, has been appointed as vice-chancellor to the Australian Catholic University. Professor Craven, who has a high profile nationally as a legal commentator on constitutional issues, was foundation dean and professor of law at the University of Notre Dame Australia. He has also held academic positions at the University of Melbourne and was crown counsel for Victoria. Professor Craven will assume his new role in February.
