LionOre Australia managing director Mark Ashley has been appointed as a director of the company’s Canadian parent LionOre Mining International. Mr Ashley is a management accountant with over 19 years’ experience in the resources sector and has previously held senior management positions with UK-based Cluff Resources, Normandy Mining and Forrestania Gold. He is also a director of Kagara Zinc, Terra Gold and the Australian Gold Council. LionOre Australia has nickel and gold mining operations in Western Australia.
