KPMG partner, energy and natural resources Helen Cook is leaving the accounting firm from 2014 and expanding her directorships in the commercial sector, joining RAC Holdings as a non-executive director.
Ms Cook has recently also joined the Australia Council, major performing arts panel, and is now in discussions regarding additional roles in the new year.
She is joint chairman of FutureNow and a director of the Perth Theatre Trust and Chamber of Arts and Culture WA.
