Perth Children's Hospital Foundation has announced it would be Euroz Hartleys Port to Pub Swim charity partner until 2025.

The annual open water swimming event across the Rottnest Channel is set to fundraise for the foundation and support its mission to deliver high quality healthcare to sick children in WA.

Perth Children's Hospital Foundation chief executive Carrick Robinson said the charity was thrilled to be supported by Euroz Hartleys Port to Pub Swim with Hotel Rottnest.

“As an iconic Western Australian event, the Port to Pub puts Perth on the map with the elite, world-class marathon swimming event, which also brings together competitors across a wide range of different backgrounds, ages and abilities,” Mr Robinson said.

Port to Pub Swim founder Ceinwen Roberts said it’s important to raise as much money as possible for the foundation and for the kids of WA during the 2023 event.

“Whether you’re a solo competitor or part of a support crew or swim team, every single donation and every fundraising effort you make helps to bring PCHF closer to their goal of healthy, happy kids,” Ms Roberts said.

The annual Kids Swim and artwork auction at the Port to Pub event are also set to raise donations for PCHF.

The 400 metre Kids Swim for eight to 12 year old children would be held along the Port to Pub finish line.

Sam McCallum is an 11 year old PCHF ambassador living with a severe form of asthma and was one of many children who has registered to participate in the Kids Swim and fundraise for the charity.

Euroz Hartleys Port to Pub Swim would celebrate its eighth annual event on March 18 next year.

Euroz Hartleys has separately donated over $500,000 to Perth Children's Hospital Foundation over the past 15 years.
