NFP Boards -The ACEA

The ACEA WA is one of Western Australia’s leading trade associations for engineering, technical and management consultancies. Its main aim is to promote and enhance members’ business and commercial interests. More than 40 firms are members of the ACEA WA, which ensures the voice of ACEA members is heard by government, the media, clients, and all members of the supply chain both here in Australia and internationally.

ACEA WA lobbies the State Government and maintains regular contact with ministers and officials in order to influence legislation and promote the expertise of its members. The ACEA WA is active in key WA industry organisations. ACEA is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

One of the programs ACEA is involved in to help foster the next generation of professionals is futurenet.

The program aims to assist young professionals associated with the built environment develop business skills and professional contacts to equip them to become future leaders. Young professionals who would get direct benefit from futurenet events would include, but are not limited to engineers, architects, construction professionals, lawyers, and property developers.
