CITIBANK’S mortgage processing business arm has been
outsourced to the Common-wealth Bank following a twelve month review of Citibank’s operations. Under the arrangement, Citibank’s mortgage processing unit will have responsibility for all customer contract and credit approval while the Commonwealth will manage back office services including documentary and settlement functions.
