More high grade bauxite hits expected for Canyon

With the wet season over in Cameroon , Canyon Resources are expected to re-commence their exciting Bauxite exploration program soon.

With exceptional Aluminium Oxide hits during the pre-wet season campaign including 11m @ 52%, 10m @ 54%, 7m @ 55%, and 6m @ 55% and with total silica grades below the all important 5% threshold, Canyon will no doubt be itching to get back onto the ground to prove up a Jorc resource.

The company’s Birsok project is contiguous to the massive $5b Minim Martap project and unlike many stranded major deposits around the world, the Birsok project is just 10km away from an existing railway that still has capacity.
