Mineral Resources executive chairman and managing director Peter Wade has sold one million shares, netting $10.1 million.
Mr Wade sold the shares in an on-market trade.
He still holds 3.4 million shares, valued at about $35 million in the mining company.
Mineral Resources shares closed down 2.6 cents or 2.48 per cent at $10.23
