ENTEK Energy Ltd has announced two new appointments to its board. Craig McGown (pictured) joins the board as chairman and David Craig joins as non-executive director. Mr McGown is an investment banker with more than 35 years’ experience in capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions throughout Australia and internationally, particularly in the natural resources sector. Mr Craig has held executive and board positions in the fields of law, financial services and the resources industry.
