McFadzean joins IMX, among this week's moves

IMX Resources has appointed Bruce McFadzean to its board as a non-executive director, to replace Kellie Benda who has relocated to Sydney. Mr McFadzean was previously managing director of Mawson West and Catalpa Resources.

 

Bathurst Resources chief operating officer Richard Tacon has been made chief executive officer, following the resignation of managing director Hamish Bohannan.

 

Diploma Group has appointed corporate finance executive Jason Ferris as a non-executive director, following the resignation of non-executive chairman Ian Olson. Managing director Nick Di Latte will assume the role of executive chairman and chief executive officer until further changes are announced.

 

Sydney businessman Greg Duncan has joined the Automotive Holdings Group board. Mr Duncan is a director and partner in investment firm JWT Bespoke and chairman of CarsGuide.com.au.

 

Legacy Iron Ore has appointed Tanugula Rao as a non-executive director. Dr Rao is the director (commercial) of NMDC, Legacy’s largest shareholder.
