Jason Marinko has been made executive director of White Star Resources, which is in the process of acquiring geospatial imaging company Spookfish.
Mr Marinko is a former associate director at Azure Capital and Euroz corporate finance, and was previously chief executive officer of Little World Beverages, which was taken over by Lion.
Meanwhile, Spookfish has appointed Global Mind Screen non-executive chairman Stephen Rice as chief executive, former Landgate chief architect Simon Cope as chief technology officer, and former nearmap consultant Mike von Bertouch as vice-president operations.
