Management changes at Iluka

ILUKA Resources Ltd has appointed David McMahon to the position of chief financial officer, effective January 29 2007, following the implementation of a new organisational structure at the company. Mr McMahon is currently chief financial officer at Wesfarmers Energy Ltd, where David Robb was also based previously, and has held the position of CFO since 2001. Mr McMahon replaces David Grant, who announced his resignation in October, while executive general manager global operations Bill Bisset recently accepted a redundancy arrangement and is set to depart the company. Mr McMahon has worked in various roles for Wesfarmers Energy since 1995, including senior manager, business projects within the business development department and general manager, commercial at Wesfarmers Energy. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Mr McMahon held senior corporate development and finance roles at Normandy Mining and Standard Chartered Australia, and has also worked with Parkhill Lithgow & Gibson, Chartered Accountants.
